Make A Wish Party

We have been so blessed with the opportunity for Emily to have a wish granted from Make A Wish. It has been a very excited, amazing, out of this world experience. This last Friday we went to the Make A Wish house and they threw a going away party for Emily. I am so grateful for the generosity, and kindness of others. There are so many wonderful people in this world and we have met a lot of them at Make A Wish. Our wish granters, Annie and Chris, have been so kind and giving. Words can not describe how grateful we feel!!!

We started the night out with dinner, tasty pizza in a Disney theme decorated room.

They had a "Master Balloon Artist" who volunteered to come and make exotic balloon animals and unique hats for everyone. It was a lot of fun!

Emily's beautiful potted flower hat was a hit.

Michael's fishing hat. I wonder how he'll reel that big fish in.

Alex's helicopter hat requires extra effort to work just right.

Papa and Nana made a long trek to share our special night. Jeanine our adopted grandma also graced us with her presence.

Emily got to decorate her very own purple stain glass star to raise on the ceiling.

Almost everyone had their own crazy, unique hat

The whole gang, hats included!!

We got to experience the magical wishing room and share the wishing experience with all present.

We finished up the night with a very emotional star raising ceremony where Emily's star will hang in the Make A Wish house on the ceiling for as long as the Make A Wish house stands.

Thanks to all who came and shared this magical once-in-a-life-time night.

A special thanks to Make a Wish, Candice, and our Wish Granters Chris, and Annie. Without whom this wonderful opportunity would not be granted to us.

THANK YOU!
